Hello, and thank you for visiting our page! I have been in the Health Information Management field for over a decade, performing any and all roles within the HIM sphere. For most of my career, I have been a manager in charge of several teams at large and small healthcare systems alike. I am experienced in the private for-profit, publicly funded and non-profit, and government sectors of healthcare.

I co-founded JESKEL because I wanted to invest in ourselves and our abilities rather than investing in an employer. By being our own boss, we are in charge of our careers and future. I believe in our ability to help providers by taking their back office pressure away so they can focus on caring for their patients.

A little bit about my work style and ethic: I am very dedicated to any project I take on, and I never give up on a challenge. I am meticulous with details, and I thoroughly enjoy understanding complex issues to find the best solutions. I excel in process improvement, workflow design, auditing and operations. I have a laid back personality and like to collaborate on projects, but I also like to get things done…after all, time is money and I don't like to waste either one.
